Spotless and airy room, very pleasant stay!

Everything was nice, AMICABLE staff, magnificent location right by railway station and airport, all the key hotspots and downtown. Units with shared bathroom. True 4-star experience, marvellous service.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the airport and train station, making it incredibly convenient for us. The property itself was spotless and very spacious, providing us with enhanced comfort during our stay. The owner, Marco, was extremely accommodating and flexible, meeting us at our preferred time. We were impressed with the quality of service and attention to detail that was provided. The room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. the hotel offered us a high level of comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

There wasn't much parking available, and the street meters didn't accept credit cards. the check-in process could have been smoother, with clearer instructions on how to access the property.

Our stay at Relais Il Nido was fantastic. We stayed there for a family vacation and found the apartment to be extremely comfortable with cozy beds and good WiFi. The apartment's air conditioning was a great relief during the hot summer. However, what made our stay truly remarkable was the exceptional hospitality of our host Antonio. He went above and beyond by picking us up from the airport when there was a shortage of taxis. Antonio even took the time to ensure we had something to eat and left us coffee and pastries for breakfast. The location of the apartment was also perfect, being close to the airport, train station, and downtown. We were able to walk everywhere with ease. If you're planning a trip to Pisa, I highly recommend staying at Relais Il Nido.

The location was perfect, with markets nearby and being walking distance to the train station and the airport. the room was clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a kettle and coffee machine. the service was exceptional, with the owners going above and beyond to ensure their guests felt welcome and well taken care of.

The only minor concern was noise, but it's to be expected in a location with proximity to transportation.
